Shanell Davis-Bryant is a nonprofit professional with a Master of Public Administration, concentrating on nonprofit management and evaluation, from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in Ecology from The University of Georgia.  

Shanell has a decade of experience in the nonprofit industry with a focus on strategy, evaluation, and program development. She is currently the founder and principal of Sage Growth Solutions, an environmental education consulting firm. Before venturing into the world of entrepreneurship, Shanell was the Program Manager for Groundwork Jacksonville, a 501(c)3 in Jacksonville, FL, the Real Estate Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax), and the Tax Time Volunteer Coordinator for the United Way of Central Ohio in Columbus, Ohio.
